Hey, I’m Noirba !
I am originally from Columbia, SC and currently residing in Atlanta, GA. My current mantra is “Chasing Butterflies”, I believe that when you get that anxious feeling in your stomach when you are about to do something, it’s because you are in the right path! You are going after something big, you are out of your comfort zone! Therefore, I CHASE those butterflies, constantly seeking new opportunities that have the potential to change my life.
My purpose is to inspire other people to go after themselves and fulfill their dreams, regardless of what obstacles, stereotypes, or standards may be in place! I encourage healing, growth, and self development. I always work to present best and truest version of myself and I believe that is portrayed in my creative expressions. I love to feel good and make orders feel the same in the process. You don’t have to recreate yourself, that’s assuming something is wrong with who you are, you just need to improve who you are to be the person you are in love with.
My Approach
I like to start with a Discovery Consultation, this gives us the opportunity to get to know each other. It is important to me to understand where my clients are in their life as well as what they want their life to look like. From this point we derive a plan, and then the fun part…..execution! My favorite part is always seeing things come together as planned, whether its financially, emotionally, or mentally; growth is amazing.
First I dreamt it!
Being a young, black, female professional has its hurdles. Everyone has expectations about who you should be and how you should present yourself. My goal was to establish a platform where I could be myself, as well as my clients. It took me awhile to build the confidence, I must admit, but hey we all have a journey to self discovery no need to fight against it. While trying to figure out how to market myself, I realized I just needed to be ME!
Then I had to Build it
Whew chile! Building can be difficult. It started as my least favorite part, probably because it was a tad uncomfortable. After I dove in, it became the best part, because I started to see progress! I saw growth in my business and even better in myself! I don’t believe I will ever truly be done building, so this section will always be a work in progress. Growth…..
